We are looking for a WAITER’S ASSISTANT with a background in tourism/hospitality.
Functions
- Reception of customers and attending to requests by collecting the order and processing it to the bar service.
- Advising clients on the menu and resolving any possible doubts they may have about the gastronomic offer.
- Addressing possible complaints.
- Support in stock control of warehouse products and processing the corresponding orders if stocks run out.
- Compliance with regulations related to waste management at the facilities.
- Compliance with good environmental practices.
Requirements
- Academic training in the Hotel and Restaurant Business is desirable.
- Specific training in: technical product, culinary and wine knowledge; user level office computer skills is desirable.
- Minimum experience of 2 or 3 years in the position.
- Residence in the province of the vacant position.
- Languages: Catalan, Spanish and English, other languages are valued.
